All properties were selected for their desirable locations and were acquired below market value as to maximize their  return on investment as multifamily developments. 

The development aspect of each acquired property is managed and operated by a separate development entity. Each entity is a Limited Liability Company established for the purpose of developing one project on one site.  These entities are subsidiaries of the parent firm, JKP International Corporation.  Currently, nine independent development entities exist and are listed below.
